Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My Orders until it's shipped. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Refund timelines
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and usually reach your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless defective.
